Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During holiday seasons we may experience delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

We ship everywhere in the United States. Shipping rates, and any free shipping offers for qualifying orders, are shown at checkout.

Shipping Times

Every Piko Provisions order ships from our facility in Waipahu, Hawaii. As of October 2026, USPS has extended its delivery estimates for packages leaving Hawaii: standard (Ground Advantage) shipments to the mainland now take 10 or more days and usually arrive within about three weeks. Priority Mail typically arrives in 2–4 days.

Holiday Orders

For delivery by December 25, please place standard-shipping orders by December 1.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently offered but will be soon.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update.

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 days of your shipping confirmation, email us at info@pikoprovisions.com with your name and order number and we'll make it right.
